1. Our Goal

The FUNDrive Referral Program (the “Referral Program”) is designed to promote the FUNDrive fundraising program (“FUNDrive” or the “Program”) by rewarding existing FUNDrive organizations (“Referring Organization(s)”) who refer other nonprofit organizations that have not previously participated in the FUNDrive program and otherwise meet all requirements outlined in these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“New Organization(s)”).

FUNDrive and the FUNDrive Referral Program are operated by TVI, Inc. dba Savers/Value Village (“Savers/Value Village”). Participation in the FUNDrive program is governed by the FUNDrive Purchase Agreement and the FUNDrive Portal Supplemental Terms of Service.

2. Rules & Eligibility

2.1 Referring Organization

Referral Link. Each active FUNDrive organization is provided a unique referral link. The referral link will be made available on the FUNDrive portal for the individual(s) who are utilizing the Portal to organize, schedule, and run FUNDrive fundraising events for their nonprofit organization (“Organizer”) to share.

To receive a referral link, the Referring Organization must:

• Have a valid signed W-9 on file (U.S. only);
• Have agreed to the current FUNDrive Purchase Agreement and FUNDrive Portal Terms and Conditions;
• Have direct deposit setup complete; and
• Have a FUNDrive event currently in progress or have completed at least one (1) FUNDrive event.

The Referring Organization must provide a New Organization with their referral link.

2.2 New Organization

• The New Organization must join FUNDrive by opening the referral link from the Referring Organization.
• The New Organization has not previously participated in the FUNDrive program; they must be totally new to the FUNDrive Program.
• The New Organization has not previously inquired about participating in the FUNDrive program through the FUNDrive web portal, any retail location, or otherwise through contact with any FUNDrive Event Manager or other Savers/Value Village employee, as determined by Savers/Value Village in its sole discretion.
• The New Organization is not an affiliate, sub-organization, or otherwise part of an existing FUNDrive organization. Also, the Organizer for the New Organization is not already an Organizer for an existing FUNDrive organization (but may be a volunteer or secondary contact for an existing FUNDrive organization).
• The New Organization must successfully complete at least one FUNDrive event within twenty-four (24) months of the date the New Organization is approved and deliver collected product to an eligible Savers/Value Village location.

3. Referral Payment

3.1 Referral Payment Amount

If all requirements are met, the Referring Organization will be eligible to receive a referral payment (“Referral Payment”) of fifty dollars ($50 USD or CAD).

3.2 Referral Bonus Payment

If all requirements are met, the Referring Organization will receive an additional payment of fifty dollars ($50 USD or CAD) following every third qualified referral (“Referral Bonus Payment”).

For example, if a Referring Organization has referred three New Organizations who have met all of the criteria in Section 2 above, they will receive $50 for the first referral, $50 for the second referral, and $100 for the third referral.

4. Other Terms & Conditions

• Not Available in Minnesota. The FUNDrive Program and the FUNDrive Referral Program are not currently available in Minnesota.
• Must Meet All Terms. Any referrals that do not meet all Referral Program Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for a Referral Payment.
• First Event Only. The Referral Payment will only be paid to the Referring Organization for the first successful event held by the New Organization. No bonus is payable for future FUNDrive events held by the New Organization.
• Subject to Business Needs. Savers/Value Village has sole discretion in determining the availability of scheduling FUNDrive events, delivery dates, and designated delivery locations. Savers/Value Village may determine, in its sole discretion, that it is unable to schedule an event or drop-off date for a New Organization due to supply needs, business needs, or for any other reason. Savers/Value Village will not be required to pay a Referral Payment if a FUNDrive event or delivery date is not scheduled within the required referral timeframe.
• Payment Timeline. Payment of the Referral Payment to the Referring Organization will occur approximately forty-five (45) days following completion of the New Organization’s first successful event.
• Individuals Are Not Eligible. The Referral Payment is payable to the Referring Organization only. Individuals, for-profit companies, and other entities are not eligible for any payment.
• No Limit on Referrals. There is no limit to how many New Organizations each Referring Organization may refer; however, each referral must meet all qualifying requirements of these Referral Program Terms and Conditions to be eligible for the Referral Payment.
• No Spam or Abuse. By participating in the Referral Program, Referring Organizations agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions. Referring Organizations must not breach these Terms and Conditions or fraudulently abuse the Referral Program by sending bulk spam distributions or promotions.
• Current Version. These Referral Program Terms and Conditions are current as of April 2026 and replace all prior Referral Program Terms and Conditions or other referral programs previously offered for FUNDrive organizations.
• Modification. Savers/Value Village reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Referral Program, either temporarily or permanently, without notice. Savers/Value Village reserves the right to waive any Referral Program requirement in its sole discretion. Savers/Value Village will not be liable to any potential or actual Referring Organization or New Organization in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Referral Program. Savers/Value Village reserves the right to amend, modify, or waive these Referral Program Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
